Client Testimonials
FAQs — Frequently Asked Questions
Why choose massage therapy?
Massage is a gift to your body and your mind. It helps release tension, ease aches and pains, improve circulation, and create a sense of calm in a busy world. Many clients tell me they sleep better, feel lighter, and breathe more deeply after a session.
Who are the treatments for?
The massages I offer are for anyone seeking professional, relaxing, and therapeutic care — whether for stress relief, relaxation, improved mobility, or easing physical pain.
Is massage only for relaxation?
Massage is wonderful for relaxation — but it can also be deeply therapeutic. Whether you’re dealing with stress, muscle tension, back or neck pain, or simply feeling overwhelmed, each session is tailored to what you need that day.
Do you offer massages at home?
Yes — home visits are my main focus. I bring everything needed: professional massage table, clean sheets, high-quality oils, and a calm atmosphere. Receiving a massage in your own home allows you to relax fully and enjoy the benefits without rushing or driving afterward.
Do you also have a clinic?
Yes. I also welcome clients to a quiet, private clinic in Ra’anana. This space offers a peaceful environment for those who prefer to come in — with the same personal care and attention as a home visit.
What’s the difference between a Swedish massage and a medical massage?
- Swedish massageis focused on overall relaxation, helping your muscles relax and improve circulation.
- Medical (therapeutic) massagetargets specific issues — such as persistent pain, tension, or restricted movement — and helps restore comfort and mobility.
How long does a treatment last?
The length of the session depends on what you choose: commonly 60, 75, or 90 minutes. I recommend arriving (or being ready) a few minutes early to settle in and start the session relaxed.
What should I bring to the treatment?
You don’t need to bring anything special. Clean sheets, quality oils, and all equipment are provided. Just come as you are, in comfortable clothes.
What should I wear during the massage?
You may undress to the level that’s comfortable for you. You will always be fully covered with sheets or towels, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered. Your privacy and comfort are always respected.
Should I eat before a massage?
It’s best to avoid a heavy meal before your session. A light snack is fine. Drinking water before and after helps your body relax and recover.
Is massage suitable during pregnancy?
Yes — after 13 weeks and when done safely. Pregnancy massage can be very supportive, helping reduce muscle tension and stress. Please tell your therapist if you are pregnant so the session can be adapted comfortably and safely.
Are there times when massage isn’t recommended?
Massage might not be suitable if you have:
- Fever or active infection
- Certain skin conditions
- Blood clots or vascular conditions
- Recent surgery (without doctor approval)
Always let me know about any medical conditions, medications, or concerns before treatment.
Will the massage hurt?
Massage shouldn’t be painful. Some areas of tension may feel intense, but we always adjust pressure based on your comfort. You are encouraged to speak up at any time.
How will I feel after the massage?
Most people feel deeply relaxed, calmer, or more balanced. Some feel energized, others sleepy. Mild soreness can happen — similar to light exercise — and usually fades within a day. Rest and hydration can help.
Can massage help with stress and emotional tension?
Yes — massage can calm the nervous system and help your body release accumulated emotional and physical tension. Many clients find it especially helpful during stressful times or emotional overload.
Is everything confidential?
Absolutely. Every session is treated with complete discretion and respect. Your privacy and comfort are always the highest priority.
! Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
Yes — appointments are scheduled in advance to ensure you receive focused, uninterrupted care. This helps make your experience peaceful and personal.
